• If we detect an abnormal fluid presence inside the device (liquid traces, pasty residues, damaged circuit board, etc.), the warranty claim cannot be processed. However, a repair will be possible, but labor and any parts will be charged.

A Secure Door

To address the predator issue, you can also replace a standard door with a secure Chickenguard door, sold in the combo kit.

EXAMPLES OF DOOR AND PULLEY CONFIGURATIONS

When using pulleys, always ensure that the motor lifts its rated capacity and always consider that the friction effect is perceived by the motor as additional weight.

Moreover, be cautious when lifting heavier doors, as battery life will be reduced. The science is quite simple: the energy required to lift a heavier door is the same regardless of the number of pulleys used. However, the more pulleys used, the slower the door moves.

Programming

• PRO 2 kg Model : timer mode for programming the opening and closing times of the hatch with a backlit digital display or via dusk sensor that opens and closes the hatch automatically at dawn and dusk or the combination of both modes by choosing, for example, the dusk sensor mode for the morning and the timer mode for the evening.
