Clip-on rings for hens, very easy to place with their large opening. Much simpler than the spiral model.

Available in 6 colors to help you differentiate your animals.

These rings are very easy to remove, simply slide the male part out of the female part.

Four sizes are available (8, 12, 16, and 20 mm).

The rings will help you recognize your hens, and also remember their year of birth thanks to the different colors. This way, you can assess the age of your stock to plan for renewal. It also allows recognizing mother-daughter lineages...

When to ring poultry?

Ringing is generally done around 6 weeks for spiral rings, but with our clip-on rings you don't need to slide it onto the leg, just place it around and clip it on. Even if the leg is bigger, there is no problem.

When ringing a young animal, be sure to use a larger ring, as the leg will grow bigger.

Note, it is advised to choose the most suitable ring size for your hens. This will prevent discomfort for the animal and stop it from getting caught in branches.

What diameter to choose?

For standard-sized hens choose a diameter of 16 mm, for bantams 12 mm, and for large breeds 20 mm.

Note for roosters, place the rings above the spur.
