Safety

The plucker (de-plucker) is equipped with a completely waterproof stainless steel case to prevent any infiltration of water and moisture into the electrical box.

The interchangeable rubber fingers do not pose a real danger to humans, but this machine is equipped with an emergency stop button to avoid any potential problems.

An all-terrain plucker

With its 4 height-adjustable square feet, this tool adapts to all types of floors for perfect work even in the most unlikely places.

For optimal use

The animals must first be dipped in water at a temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius for two to three minutes.

They can then be plucked by placing them directly on the roller with its 24 rubber fingers, which, when turning, removes even the smallest feathers.

Did you know?

If your water temperature is too low, the feathers will come off much more difficultly.

Conversely, if the temperature is too high, it will result in browned skin and tearing of it.
