Terwagne Elevage offers you two scalding tanks with a capacity of 80 and 140 liters. These scalding tanks are suitable for chickens, pigeons, quails, partridges, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese, and ducks. It is possible to put several poultry at the same time. The number of subjects to be immersed at the same time in the tank depends on the weight and size of the animals.

Usage Advice

Our soaking tanks are equipped with an adjustable thermostat inside the box, pre-set to 65 degrees. When your water has reached this temperature, dip the animals in the temperature-controlled scalding tank for 25 seconds. (Maximum 60/70°C).

Then, after 20, 25 seconds, check if the feathers can be easily removed.
