Easier collection
The laying nest allows for cleaner and easier-to-collect eggs. The floor is inclined to roll the eggs into the drawer. The front inspection hatch allows you to retrieve the eggs.
The choice of laying nest depends on the number of hens. The nest should be at least 20 to 30 cm wide so that the hen can easily turn around after laying.
Hens prefer dark and quiet places to lay their eggs. Place the nest with some straw in a quiet place off the ground.
1, 2, 3, and 4-space laying nests to be mounted on the wall
This laying nest can accommodate hens weighing up to 2 kilos. It is to be attached to a partition; if you cannot hang it, there are low-foot models to place.
